A Mechatronics Technician at Unipod Botswana working within the AI and Robotics Lab  , where she supports innovators and startups through technical mentorship, prototyping, and digital fabrication support. She is passionate about using technology to drive innovation, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship, particularly in emerging fields such as robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing.

She recently facilitated a Digital Fabrication Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with practical entrepreneurial skills in 3D modelling, 3D printing, laser cutting, and basic electronics. Alphonsinah also has experience programming educational robotics systems, including VEX V5 kits and robotic arm technologies, and is committed to advancing fit-for-purpose technical education, mentorship, and opportunities for the next generation of women in STEM and industry.
