This policy explains information used by when you browse events, create an account, book tickets, contact support, or use organiser and staff tools. For questions about your information, contact us. Questions about information requested by a particular event can also be directed to its organiser.
Information used by the service
- Account and contact information: details such as your name, email address, phone number, profile information, and sign-in records.
- Bookings and attendance: selected events, ticket types, attendee details and registration answers, order references, ticket transfers, and check-in records.
- Payments: order amounts, currencies, payment status and references, refund records, and proof-of-payment files you submit. Online payment providers process payment information through their own services.
- Communications: support enquiries, event messages, and information you send to the platform or organiser.
- Technical information: session and cookie information, request and security logs, and, where enabled and permitted by your consent choices, event browsing and interaction data. Staff tools also record device presence and operational activity.
How information is used
The service uses information to provide account access, process and reconcile bookings and payments, deliver tickets and booking updates, support event entry, handle enquiries and refund requests, and protect accounts and transactions. Organiser tools use event and sales information for event administration and reporting.
Organisers and service providers
The organiser of an event and staff with appropriate access can use relevant booking and attendee information to administer that event. Authorised platform staff can access records needed for support, payment review, and platform operations.
Hosting, storage, email, payment, and other enabled integrations process information needed to deliver their services. If you choose a third-party sign-in or payment option, or use embedded maps or other external content, that provider's own privacy terms also apply. Cookies and your choices

Removing profile information does not necessarily remove associated transaction records. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Do not send your password, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
