Njirimanda Mbewe is an esteemed attorney, notary public, and conveyancer admitted to the High Courts of Botswana. With over 11 years of experience in the legal field, she graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.

As the founder of Mbewe Legal Practice , a citizen-owned and female-led firm in Gaborone, Her firm, operational for nearly 8 years, prides itself on offering legal services with a difference.

She founded Baagisanyi Network, bringing together professionals like the District Commissioner, a kgosi, a reverend, and a social worker to address social issues. She also established Legal Ladies Botswana, a mentorship network connecting law students and attorneys with judges and successful women for personal and professional growth.

In 2023, Njiramanda was honored as a Mandela Washington Fellow,She received a congratulatory letter from U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris and a leadership certificate from the Presidential Precinct. Njiramanda's accolades include the Women in Law Awards 2024 by the World Law Alliance in the "Community Champion" category, and she was recently named one of Courtroom Mail's 100 Women of 2024 in the SHID categories (Superheroes, Heroes, Influencers, and Disruptors).
