Ms. Madisa is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Development Bank - NDB, a position she has held since May 2023. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our panel, having had an illustrious career in banking and ICT. Her executive roles at First National Bank of Botswana and Botswana Fibre Networks (Wholesale Telecommunications Services & Infrastructure) have equipped her with a deep understanding of the industry.

Her career spans across various critical areas, including: Risk Management, Credit Risk across Retail, Commercial, and Investment Banking, Policy Formulation, Financial Management, Business Development, Sales & Relationship Management, Culture & Transformation, Strategy Development & Execution, Leadership, People Management and Performance Management.

Ms. Madisa is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She also holds a Senior Executive Leadership Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science at the University of Pretoria.
