Meet Our Speaker- Ms. Peo Porogo

Peo Porogo is a strategic marketing expert with a wealth of over 15 years of experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, FMCG, and banking. She is renowned for her creativity and results-driven approach, specializing in strategic marketing, brand building, PR and communications strategy, market intelligence, product and portfolio management, sales, and business relationship building.

Peo's career began in 2007 as a Junior Sales & Marketing Manager for C.A Sales & Distribution. She then joined Orange Botswana as a Market Intelligence and Strategy Executive, followed by several roles at Barclays Botswana, including Portfolio and Marketing Manager for Credit Cards. In 2014, Peo moved to Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (a former SAB Miller subsidiary), where she served as Marketing Manager for Premium Alcoholic Beverages and Coca-Cola products.

In 2016, Peo joined FNBB as Marketing Manager for retail, progressing to Deputy Marketing and Communications Director, and now serves as the Director. She is responsible for positioning the FNBB brand within a highly competitive banking industry and ensuring segment-focused marketing aligns with the overall FNBB strategy. Additionally, Peo oversees the Bank's Client Services and Customer Experience portfolio.

Peo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Botswana and has completed management development programs at the University of Cape Town and the University of Stellenbosch.
