Meet Our Speaker: Ms. Phatsimo Ncube

Ms. Phatsimo Ncube is the Managing Director of Allan Gray Botswana. Her journey with Allan Gray began in 2008 after she completed her Business Science Finance Honors at the University of Cape Town. She started her career in South Africa, working in the retail investment space where she held various positions in the Life, Retirement, and Offshore operations departments.

In 2014, Phatsimo joined Allan Gray Botswana as the Business Development Manager. In this role, she focused on servicing institutional clients and other industry stakeholders, formulating and executing business development strategies, and handling compliance and regulatory reporting. Her outstanding performance led to her promotion to Deputy Managing Director in 2016. Just a year later, she became the Managing Director of Allan Gray Botswana.

As the Managing Director, Phatsimo is responsible for the business's strategic direction, growth, and sustainability. She ensures operational efficiency, maintains a robust risk and control environment, and manages talent within the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving the company's success and expanding its footprint in the financial services sector.
