Boikanyo Kgosi is the Executive Founding Director of BoiKay Spectrum, a strategy and business management consultancy. She is a seasoned Strategy and business transformation expert with over 20 years experience across the Exploration, Mining and Venture Capital Management Industries. 

Over the course of her career, Boikanyo has held various roles in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Human Resource Management and Strategy & Innovation Management. She has worked globally across the Anglo American and De Beers Group of Companies, supporting operations in South America, Australia and South Africa. She cut her honed in Strategy and business transformation at Debswana Transformation and Innovation Program Manager and Senior Human Resource Manager for Organisational Design and Change. Boikanyo has graced several high-profile events as a speaker, moderator and panelists including the 2nd Annual Facets Conference held in Gaborone in 2023 and BICA Biennial Conference  to name a few.

 

Boi or BK as affectionally know, holds a Masters of Philosophy in Business Management specializing in Corporate Strategy from University of Pretoria’s Gordon’s Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and a  Bachelor’s of Science in Geosciences from the University of Tennessee, USA. She has professional certifications in Organisational Design from the International Talent Management Institute, an Management Development Program for University of Cape Town’s Graduate Business School,  Anglo American’s Programme for Management Excellence  from GIBS.
