I have attended management development programs at Harvard Business School (strategy), Wits Business School (marketing), and Oxford University (finance). He has traveled extensively on all continents since 1986. He has travelled extensively on benchmarking visits for business performance improvement.

I'm an engineer by training who developed into an executive manager in the private sector with several years’ experience in the public sector since 1986 with profound experience in the strategic management (including scenario planning and tracking), strategy objectives cascading, business performance improvement (based on holistic input/output analysis), change management, stakeholder engagement and large-scale organisational transformation. I'm results-focused,and has a working knowledge of finance and can read and understand financial statements fully to be able to optimise company profit, cash flow and financial health.

I currently serve as a director on three boards. Board Member and Member of Finance Committee-Citizen Enrepreneurial Development Agency (whose formation I played a leading role in as Deputy Minister for Finance in the Cabinet of the Republic of Botswana), Vice Council Chairman-Botswana International University of Science and Technology (I also played a role as a Minister of Science and Technology in the Republic of Botswana for the establishment of this University) and Chairman - Fengyue Glass Manufacturing Botswana.
